From the Military to Girl Scouting: A Trefoil for Leadership Excellence

Think about the incredible training and experience young men and women gain through military service. Now think for a moment about the fun, friendships, camping and other experiences girls in grades K-12 gain through Girl Scouting. Where do these two time-honored American institutions intersect?

At their core, both are about leadership development. Join us to hear Lora L. Tucker, CEO of the Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana and a retired U.S. Army Colonel, talk about three key leadership insights she sees reflected in both the military and Girl Scouting. Walk away with a new (or renewed) sense of what it takes to excel as a leader. Plus, as an added bonus, everyone who attends will receive a box of Trefoil Girl Scout Cookies!
