November 2017 Program


Join us for our November program about utilizing social media influencers for marketing and communications.
This program will be led by Carla Santiago, Vice President of Rights & Partnerships – Digital for United Entertainment Group. You’ll learn about how to work with social media influencers, and why they are an important tool in modern marketing and communications. Carla will cover best practices, what to look out for, legal issues, case studies, and will take questions.
Carla Santiago:  A self proclaimed “digital matchmaker” Carla has been matching talent and brands for the last 8 years. She got her start at EQAL, a digital media company specializing in influencer networks around celebrities, consumer brands, and intellectual properties. From there she went on to create her own digital brand partnerships firm Duxemdia, where she partnered then startup brands like Poshmark and Airbnb with influencer talent. To broaden her expertize, she joined CAA’s digital talent and packaging team where she learned about digital content and licensing. Today she helps UEG brands find influencer talent and digital content opportunities that engage audiences in a way that brings value to both creators and brands.
